I. Available Shipping Methods

Based on order volume, delivery timeline, and target market, we offer multiple shipping options. Customers may select the most suitable method at the order confirmation stage.

1. Sea Freight

Sea freight is the preferred option for most B2B hoodie orders and is particularly suitable for medium to large production volumes, offering the most cost-efficient transportation on a per-unit basis.

• Suitable for: Bulk custom orders, replenishment orders, projects with relatively flexible delivery timelines

• Characteristics: Low cost, large capacity, suitable for standard cartons or palletized loading

• Common formats:

  • FCL (Full Container Load): Ideal for larger orders, offering better transit time stability and cargo security

  • LCL (Less than Container Load): Suitable for small to mid-sized orders, charged by volume or weight

• Estimated transit time:

  • China ports → U.S. West Coast: approx. 18–25 days

  • China ports → major European ports: approx. 30–40 days

Note: The above transit times refer to sailing time only and do not include customs clearance, port handling, or destination clearance.

• Estimated cost:

  • Hoodies / sweatshirts: approximately USD 3–4 per piece

  • T-shirts: approximately USD 0.5–1 per piece

2. Air Freight

Air freight is suitable for time-sensitive orders or smaller-volume, higher-value custom hoodie projects.

• Suitable for: First production runs for new products, urgent replenishment, small-batch premium orders

• Characteristics: Fast transit time, higher cost, significantly affected by volumetric weight

• Estimated transit time:

  • China → North America / Europe: approx. 5–10 days (including flight and handling time)

• Estimated cost:

  • Hoodies / sweatshirts: approximately USD 6–7 per piece

  • T-shirts: approximately USD 1–1.5 per piece

3. International Courier / Express

International express services are mainly used for sample shipments or very small order quantities.

• Suitable for: Sample approval, fabric swatches, print samples, very small quantities of finished garments

• Common carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.

• Characteristics: Door-to-door service, simplified procedures, highest unit cost

• Estimated transit time: 5–7 business days

• Estimated cost: Approximately USD 50–60 per shipment

II. Supported Trade Terms (Incoterms)

To accommodate different procurement and logistics management preferences, we support multiple international trade terms:

• EXW (Ex Works): The buyer arranges pickup and manages the entire logistics process

• FOB (Free on Board): We handle export customs clearance and deliver goods to the designated port of shipment

• CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): We arrange sea freight to the destination port

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Where feasible, we offer door-to-door delivery solutions

During the order confirmation stage, we will assist you in selecting the most appropriate Incoterm based on your destination country, customs requirements, and cost considerations.

III. Packaging and Loading Methods

Appropriate packaging and loading methods not only affect cargo safety but also have a direct impact on logistics costs.

• Standard export cartons: Suitable for the majority of hoodie orders

• Individual polybag packaging: PE bag with size label, convenient for downstream warehousing and picking

• Outer carton markings: Product name, size ratio, quantity, gross weight / net weight

• Palletized loading (optional): Suitable for FCL shipments or direct-to-warehouse deliveries, improving handling efficiency

While ensuring product safety, we optimize carton packing to minimize volumetric weight and overall shipping costs.

IV. Logistics Cost Components

International shipping costs for hoodies typically include the following components:

• International freight charges (calculated by CBM or weight)

• Export customs clearance and documentation fees

• Port handling charges (for sea freight)

• Destination port customs clearance and local charges (if applicable)

At the quotation stage, we can provide an estimated logistics cost range based on your order quantity, packaging method, and destination port, enabling accurate total cost planning.

V. Lead Time and Shipment Process

The standard bulk shipment process is as follows:

1. Completion of mass production and passing factory quality inspection

2. Carton packing according to the confirmed packaging plan

3. Booking vessel space or arranging flights / courier services

4. Export customs declaration and clearance

5. Issuance of shipping documents and provision of tracking information

VI. Logistics Coordination and Customized Support
